Heat heavy cream in small sauce pan to simmer and add white shredded cheddar cheese, stir with a whisk until cheese is melted. Pour into a small bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Whisk together until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Yield 2 cups. Cooking time is about 10 min. Enjoy. Great on lettuce salads with sliced apples and walnuts if desired or just use with plain lettuce salad.
