In a large mixing bowl, combine yeast, salt, sugar and 3 cups of flour. Add water and mix well. Add oil and eggs and mix. Add flour one cup at a time. Mix by hand with spoon as long as possible, and then knead flour in until dough doesn't stick to your hands. Grease bowl with solid shortening and grease bread dough a little bit and let it rise in bowl covered with a dish towel. Punch down and let rise a second time. Shape bread into a loaf or side rolls and put in a greased 9x5x3-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bread is golden brown. Grease top of bread with shortening.
