Cut or crumble tofu in to small chunks and soak in a bowl in tamari sauce while preparing vegetables.

Chop vegetables. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add onion and saute until translucent.

Add vegetables and saute until crisp/tender.
|
|
|
Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper and stir until heated through.
