2 Cups Dry Elbow Macaroni
|
|
2 Tbsp Flour
|
|
1 Cup Milk
|
|
1 lb American Cheese
|
|
Salt & Pepper
|

|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

|

|

Instructions |
|
|
Boil pasta, drain & set aside.
|
|
|
Wisk together milk and flour, add in slices of cheese 1 at a time,
stirring until melted.
|
|
|
Pour over macaroni and mix.
|
|
|
In casserole dish, bake at 400 until bubbling, then under the
broiler until lightly browned.
