Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Thoroughly cream the butter
and sugar. Add in the egg, milk, vanilla extract, and
almond extract. Beat well until ingredients are thoroughly
mixed. In a separate mixing bowl sift together the flour
and baking powder. Stir the dry ingredients, and gradually
add into the cream mixture. Mix until it is a smooth
dough. Do not chill the dough. Load the cookie shooter
and shoot cookies onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Sprinkle with colored sugar. Bake in hot oven at 400
degrees for 8 minutes. TIPS- You can add bakers chocolate
to the recipe to make the cookies darker.
