Slit and seed peppers. Stuff peppers with 1/2 the cheese & pinch peppers closed around cheese. Mix remaining cheese & sausage. Add dry mix - 1/2 at a time, to make a stiff dough. Knead several times. Pinch off a bit of dough & pat into a flat pancake; about 1/2 in. thick. Place stuffed pepper in middle & wrap completely with dough ( all edges sealed) Roll dough covered pepper in your hands to mold into an egg shape. Roll in Shake n Bake until coated. Dip in beaten eggs and roll in Shake n Bake again. Bake at 300 for 20 - 25 minutes.
