Whisk together first 6 ingredients. Whisk eggs until they form a ribbon, then add zest. Add all to dry mixture then add figs and nuts. Spray a pan or use parchment paper. Divide dough into two logs about 2 inches wide. Bake at 350 until firm, 25-30 min. Cool on rack 10 min, slice diagonally. Bake at 300 - 325 for 7 min each side.
