Microwave chocolate chips in a small glass bowl on high for 1 min. or until smooth, stiring every 30 seconds.
Beat butter and sugar at med. speed until creamy; add eggs, one at a time, beating until blended after each addition.Beat in vanill and melted chocolate.
Combine flour, baking powder, & salt; gradually add to chocolate mixture, beating until well blended. Stir in chopped pecans and 1/2c. milk chocolate chips.
Drop by heaping spoonfuls onto parchment paper lined cookie sheets. Press 3 marshmallows into each portion of dough.
