Spray Flameware Skillet with Pam and sear the pork chops on both sides. Remove from the skillet to sear all of them...Then put a little of the soup on the bottom of the skillet and layer the chops back into the skillet. Cover with remaining soup, spreading evenly. Take Flameware skillet directly into a 350 degree oven and cook until chops are cooked through and soup is bubbly.
