1 Tbs. butter
|

1 Tbs. olive oil
|

1 onion sliced
|

1 clove garlic
|
|
1 1/2 cup milk
|

s/p
|
|
1 tsp. cornstarch mixed with 1/2 Tbs. water

1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
|
|
yellow potatoes

Instructions |
|
|
Cook sliced potatoes, onion, garlic, milk in butter/oil mixture for 10 minutes.
|
|
|
Mix cornstarch with water, stir into mixture. Stir in parmesan cheese. Add s/p to taste.
|
|
|
Pour into greased 8x8 baking dish, cook 20 minutes covered and 15 minutes uncovered.
