|
In a heavy skillet, brown beef cubes in hot oil and drain off excess fat.

|
Combine gravy, tomato juice, water and soup mix and stir into meat. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
|
|
|
Place potatoes in a 2 quart casserole and put meat mixture on top.
|
|
|
Bake (covered) at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until meat and potatoes are tender. Stir once or twice during the baking process.
