In a large bowl, dissolve yeast & 1 t. sugar in 1/4 c. warm water. Allow to stand until it bubbles & foams. Add egg, oil, 1 c. water, salt, sugar, & 2 c. flour. Beat with mixer for 2 minutes. With wooden spoon stir in remaining flour until dough leaves sides of pan. Cover & bake on high in crockpot
