1 (8 Ounces) Cream Cheese

4 Cups Confectioners’ Sugar
|

1 Teaspoon Salt
|

2 Teaspoons Vanilla
|

4 Ounces Bakers Chocolate

˝ Cup Coarsely Chopped Nuts (Optional)

Instructions |

|
In a large bowl, cream together with large spoon, No Mixers, the cream cheese and confectioners’ sugar. Add vanilla and salt.

Over low heat, in a Teflon pan, melt 4 ounces chocolate.
|
|
|
Mix all ingredients together well before placing in an ungreased pan. Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours. Cut into small squares.
|
|
|
Let set out overnight to dry.
