Crust instructions-
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine flour, margarine, nuts and sugar; Mix well.
Pat into 9x13 inch pan.
Bake 15 minutes; let cool.

1st layer-
Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip; Blend well and spread over crust.
|
|
|
2nd layer-
Combine pudding and milk; Mix slowly per pkg instruction. Let stand 10 minutes. Spread onto layer cream cheese layer.

|
Spread 1 cup Cool Whip over pudding layer;
Refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight before serving.
Sprinkle additional chopped nuts on top, if desired.
