Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In 3 quart oblong baking dish, combine soup, water, rice, mushrooms and 1/2 can onions.
Arrange chicken on rice mixture.
Sprinkle with paprika and pepper.
Bake 1 hour or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
Top with remaining onions; Bake 3 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
