Mix the crab meat and bread crumbs gently in a bowl. Combine the egg, mayo, parsley, dry mustard adn tabasco sauce in a bowl and mix well. Add to the crab meat mixture and mix gently. Shape into 12 patties. Chill, wrapped in plastic wrap, for 30 minutes. Heat 1/4 inch of oil in skillet to 350 degrees. Fry the crab cakes for 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Arrange on a serving plate. Garnish with lemon slices. Top with Spicy Remoulade Sauce and capers.
