2 Fresh Yeast packets (Mix with ½ cup water and 2 tablespoons sugar)
1 Cup White Raisins

¼ Cup Butter or Margarine
½ Cup Flour
½ Cup Sugar
2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
Instructions
Heat and cool the first 4 ingredients above. mix flour, egg yolks, sour cream, vanilla and 2 tbsp sugar mixed in a 1/2 cup warm water with yeast. add to the cooled 1st 4 ingredients.
Rinse raisins in warm water, drain and add to the above mixture. Cover with a towel. Knead twice – once after 2 hours and again after dough rises about double in bulk. When dough is ¾ inch high, grease and flour tube pan. Place dough in pan and brush egg whites on top of Babka.
Topping - Mix the last 4 ingredients above until crumbly, sprinkle on top of egg whites.
Bake at 325-350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
