Soak the corn in the husks in cold water in a large pan for 10 minutes; drain. Place the corn on a grill rack set 5-6 inches above glowing coals. Grill for 10 minutes or until the husks are charred. Pull back the husks, exposing the corn kernels and return to the grill rack. Gril for 10 minutes or until the kernels are brown in spots. Whisk the mayo, lime juice and cayenne pepper in a small bowl. Brush ovr the hot corn and sprinkle with the feta cheese.
