200g chorizo
|

1 400g can chickpeas
|

2 teaspoons smoked paprika
|

1 punnet cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 bunch flat leaf parsley, roughly chopped

Instructions |
|
|
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in frying pan on high. Stir
fry chorizo until nicely brown on both sides.

Stir through chickpeas and paprika and cook for 1-2
minutes.

|
Taste, season and stir through tomatoes and
parsley.
