Cook celery, onion and broccoli in 2 1/2 qt. covered casserole in microwave on high for 6 minutes; stirring after 3 minutes. Set aside.
Blend cottage cheese in blender until very smooth; slowly add milk while continuing to blend. Add chicken soup to cheese/milk mixture;blend; add mixture to cooked, undrained vegetables. Microwave on high until heated through ( about 3 minutes) without boiling. Add salt and pepper
