1-1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice or 3/4 tsp cinnamon and a heaping 1/4 tsp both of ginger and nutmeg
1-1/2 tsp salt
1-1/2 tsp baking powder
1-3/4 c - 2 Tbsp New Grains gluten free multipurpose flour
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all ingredients except for flour until smooth. Add flour and
stir just until smooth.
Lightly spray a nonstick donut pan with oil. Fill cups 3/4 full.
Bake 10 minutes. Cover with cinnamon sugar and drizzle with
icing.
