Mix all together; put in a greased 8x13 pan. Add 1/2 c. nuts and 1 c. brown sugar; bake at 45 minutes at 350.
Topping- Boil for 1 minute, evaporated milk, sugar, butter and vanilla. Pour over cake while hot.
