Preheat oven to 350
Crust- combine ingredients in a medium mixing bowl, blending well. Pat mixture into a lightly greased 9x13 pan. Bake 12-15 minutes; cool.
topping- melt chocolate chips with peanut butter in top of a double boiler over low heat. Stir in peanuts. Spread topping over crust. Cover and refigerate until chocolate is firm.
Store in fridge.
