Cut the bun open like you would a hot dog bun and hollow out
most of the bread with a fork. Using half of the miracle whip,
spread it over the bread, and sprinkle with parsley. In a separate
bowl, blend cream cheese, miracle whip, cheddar cheese and onion.
Spoon into the bun halves. Roll ham around the pickle and lay it in
the bun. Pack tightly with saran or foil and let sit for a few hours
prior to serving.
