Bake potatoes for 45 minutes @ 400. Remove from the oven and
cut an oval shape out of the top of the potato. Scoop out the
insides of the potatoes and put into a mixing bowl. Add all the
remaining ingredients and mix, using a paddle. Place ingredients
into a piping bag with a large star-tipped tube and pipe the potato
back into the potato skin. Place on a baking sheet and reheat.
