Combine cake mix, flour and yeast; mix thoroughly. Stir in hot water. Let dough rise until doubled. Roll into a rectangle on a floured board. Spread with softened butter and sprinkle with cinnamon/ sugar( nuts and raisins may be added). Roll as for jelly roll and cut into 1 1/2 - 2 inch slices. Arrange in greased 9x13 pan and let rise until double.
Before baking mix topping mix and pour over rolls. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
