Use 2 tablespoons for 2 pounds of ground meat. (I like mix of beef and lamb) Add 3
cloves crushed garlic, 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (1 tbsp dried), 1 teaspoon
chopped mint (1 tsp dried), and 1 small grated onion (1/4 cup dried onion flakes) to
make kafta kebobs or lamb burgers. Adding two eggs and 1 cup of bread crumbs
makes the mixture easier to hold together and shape.
