1 BUNCH SPINACH LEAFS
2 CANS CHOPPED CLAMS
3/4 C. WHITE WINE.
Instructions
COOK PASTA. DRAIN RETURN TO POT.
HEAT OIL,GARLIC AND RED PEPPER IN LARGE SKILLET OVER MED HEAT STIR OCCASIONALLY 2-3 MIN.
CRUSH TOMATOES AND ADD THEM TO THE SKILLET ALONG WITH THE JUICE ADD WINE. ADD CAMS AND SIMMER STIRING OFTEN FOR 5 MIN. STIR IN PARSLEY. STIR IN SPINACH AND PASTA FOR 1-2 MIN. SERVE WITH PARMESAN CHEESE.
