Heat oven to 400 degrees and spray two baking sheets with cooking spray(can line with tin foil first). Thaw puff pastry for about 10 min. With a knife slice the pastry into approximately 2inx2in squares. On halve the squares place a dollop of avocado, then cream cheese, and salsa. Season withsalt and peppe. Use remaining squares on top of filling. Seal pockets by pressing edges with fork. Seal well so no filling oozes out while cooking. In a small bowl beat an egg with a fork and apply an eggwash to each of the pockets. Bake for 15-20min or until desired browning and puffing has occured.
