oven to 350 degrees. In large saucepan cook onions in oil, add spices and then cream cheese over low heat until melted. Add shredded chicken adn salsa. Stir 2-3 minutes until hot. Remove from heat. Stir in 1 1/4 c cheese and black olives. Pour a little enchilada sauce on the bottom of hte Longaberger 2 Qt Covered Casserole dish. Next place 2 soft tacos, 1/2 of the chicken mixture, sprinkle with a little cheese, 2 more soft tacos, remaining chicken, last 2 soft tacos, enchilada sauce adn top with cheese. Bake 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
