CRUST: Preheat oven to 325. Mix and press into 13x9" pan 1 cup flour, 1 cup chopped nuts, 1 stick margarine. Bake 25 minutes. Cool.

CREAM CHEESE: Whip until fluffy and pour over cooled crust 3/4 container Cool Whip, 8 oz. cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar.

|
VANILLA TOPPING: Mix together and pour over cream cheese layer vanilla pudding and 1 1/2 cups of milk.

|
|
CHOCOLATE TOPPING: Mix together and pour over cream cheese layer vanilla pudding and 1 1 /2 cups of milk. Top with remaining 1/4 tub of Cool Whip and sprinkle with 1/2 cup nuts.
