Sprinkle chick with salt and pepper and coat with flour.
Melt butter in skillet, add chicken cook 5 minutes per side. Remove to platter.
Add shallots to pan. Cook stirring 1 minute. Stir in wine, lemon juice and capers. Bring to a simmer. Return chicken to pan. Reduce heat to medium. Cover partially cook 5 minutes or until cook through.
