Put in dutch oven, bag of lentils, and water to cover lentils, 2 tsp
salt. Bring to a boil.
Wash bulgur wheat, Put in with lentils, 2 tsp salt, 2 cups of water.
Water should be 1 inch over mixture. Bring to boil.
Place in oven covered 350 degrees for 1 hour.
In a fry pan, place 1/4 cup of olive oil, and sliced onion.
Carmelize , Don't burn. Place aside until lentils and wheat are
done. When done fold in onion and olive oil mixture with a large
fork.
