2 eggs
|
|
1 can (5oz) evaporated milk
|
|
1/2 lb (8oz) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
|
|
1 cup shredded chedar cheese
|
|
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
|
|
1/4 tsp ground red pepper (cayenne)
|
|
2 cups (8oz) elbow macaroni, cooked
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

|
|

|
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |

Heat oven to 350F
|
|

Whisk eggs and milk in large bowl until blended. Add VELVEETA, Cheddar , butter and red peppee; mix well. Stir in macaroni
|

Pour into 1-1/2 qt casserole sprayed with cooking spray
|
|
|
Bake 20 min or until lightly browned and heated through
|
