Saute onion and garlic, coriander and pepper in
butter until tender. Stir flour in sour cream and
add to sauted mixture. Stir in broth and chili
peppers. Cook until thick and bubbly. Remove
from heat and stir in 1/2 of cheese. Stir in 1/2
of the mixture into the chicken and put filling
into tortillas. Roll and put in baking dish and
top with remaining sauce and cheese. Bake at 350
for 35 minutes.
