Grease a 13 x 9 baking dish with Pam. Spread a thin layer of sauce on bottom. Starting with lasagna noodles, layer crumbled sausage, cottage cheese, sauce as desired, mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with parmesean cheese. Continue the layering until top of baking dish. I cover with non-stick foil for about 20 minutes then uncover for remaining time. Bake at 350 degrees for total time of 40-50 minutes until bubbly and brown.
