Sprinkle yeast into lukewarm orange juice. Stir until yeast is
throughly dissolved. Add shortening to heated orange juice. Stir
until melted. Pour over sugar and salt in bowl. Cool to lukewarm.
Stir in yeast mixture. Add eggs and 3 cups flour and beat well.
Add enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead until
smooth on lightly floured surface.
