In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar and beat in
eggs. Add sour cream and vanilla and mix well.
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and mix.
Add this to creamed mixture. Chill dough at least
2hrs-overnight. Roll on floured surface to 1/4
inch thickness. Cut with 3 inch cookie cutter.
Place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake and
cool. Mix all frosting ingredients and frost
cookies.
