Preheat your skillet to medium. Coat with the oil. Coat your pork chops with the spices (generally a good coat). Place in the skillet and brown on both sides. Pull the pork chops out and then add the flour to the skillet and then add the chicken broth. Whisk thourghly. Add the pork chops back into the gravy and simmer for about 20 min. Serve over rice.
