In a large bowl mix yeast and water until completely dissolved. Gradually add salt and flour (one cup at a time). Mix with hands until all flour is absorbed. Continue to work and knead dough mixture until sticky consistency. Cover dough and allow to sit and rise for about 2 hours. Preheat oven to 450', spray pan with non tick cooking spray and spread dough evenly in pan. Cut tomato into small pieces and push in to dough add salt and pepper and oregano seasoning and spread with olive oil around bread. Bake for 1 hour.
