Put roast in open pan (such as Corningware dish). Salt - "Pork needs lots of salt."
Cook slow - "Put on a rack if you have one - that's to drain the grease" - Bake 300 degrees (40 minutes per lb.)
You can put foil over the top of the roast. Cook 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
