- cut chicken breast into slivers or small pieces
- put all the ingredients into a large bowl, mix until all well
blended together
- put all of the chicken pieces into the marinade
and ensure all the pieces are well coated in it.
- cover bowl and leave in the refrigerator for @ 1
hour or more
- grill chicken using korean barbecue and/or a
george foreman electric griddle
- when ready the chicken should be golden brown and tender with a
slight crispy edge
