15 oz can drained and partially mashed black beans
1/3 c picante sauce
1/2 t cumin
1/2 t Southwest Seasoning Blend
1 T lime juice
1/8-1/4 c finely chopped cilantro
1/2 c shredded monterey jack cheese
tortilla chips
Instructions
Saute onion and garlic in oil. Add beans, tomato, picante, cumin and seasoning. Cook 5 minu or until thick, stirring constantly. Remove, add all but chips. Serve warm or at room temperature.
