Microwave potatoes and butter in glass dish for 3
minutes. Press potatoes and 3/4 c. cheese into
bottow of and sides of buttered glass 10 in. pie
plate. Add diced ham and sprinkle with salt and
pepper. Beat eggs and add 1/2 c. milk and pour
over the potato crust. Cover w/remaining cheese
(3/4 cups) Bake at 325 for 1 hour
