Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cream butter and sugar together.
Add 1 egg at a time to mixture.
Alternate flour, baking powder, salt and anisette when mixing.
Dip spoon in oil and drop on cookie sheets or put oil in palm
of hand and roll into balls.
When cool, ice with mixture of milk, anisette and
confectionary sugar.
Sprinkle non pariels on top.
