Boil and mash potatoes (don't add milk or
anything)
Mash in cheese and enough tumeric for the right
color
Refrigerate potatoes, roll out dough to pizza size
Place a softball of potatoes on the bread and fold
bread over
Roll out the dough as thin as possible
Bake until brown, flip. Remove from oven and
grease
