In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until
light and fluffy. Beat in vinegar and vanilla.
Combine flour and baking soda; gradually add to
creamed mixture and mix well. Roll into 1-in.
balls. Place 2 in. apart on greased baking sheets.
Flatten to 1/4in. thickness; sprinkle with colored
sugar. Bake at 350F for 8-10 min. or until edges
are lightly browned. Cool for 1 minute before
removing from pans to wire racks. Store in an
airtight container.
