4) Preheat oven to 400 degrees
5) Slice strip of skin, about 1 inch thick, off top of potatoes
6) In a large bowl, carefully scoop out pulp leaving potato shells intact.
7) Add butter to the pulp, mash together til butter is melted and mixed well
8) Add in milk, sour cream, cheese, salt, and pepper; combine well
9) Spoon all of the potato mixture into shells, pile them high!
10) Top off with bacon crumbles
11) Bake on cookie sheet for 15 minutes or til hot
