Melt butter and saute onion and celery. Stir in flour. Add in 4 cups of clam juice and stir until smooth. Let simmer for 40 minutes. Add in salt pork, 2 chicken bullion and chopped clams and cook for 20 minutes. Add 2 cans of boiled potatoes and cook for 20 minutes. Remove salt pork and add cream. Cook for 20 more minutes.
