|
rinse shrimp off and peel if not already done
rinse and chop basil if using fresh
peel and chop garlic
|
|
|
boil water for cavetelli
in a frying pan melt 1/2 stick of butter
add basil and garlic and let cook
then add shrimp
add garlic salt, salt, and pepper to taste
|

|
cook cavetelli
cook shrimp until they turn pink/orange in color
|
|
|
strain cavetelli and place back in pot
add shrimp and sauce
add 1 stick of butter
add salt, pepper, or garlic salt to taste

serve with a bread and have parmasean or motzarella available
